Real Choices Clinic of Coeur d'Alene is a non-profit, non-denominational, non-political organization that is committed to providing compassion, information and support to anyone facing the challenge of unintended pregnancy.  We are organized locally and financed through contributions.  The center does not generate income from those it serves, nor does it receive government funds.  We depend on the month to month participation and generosity of individuals and churches.
